Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

This website belongs to Natalya Chegarnov, REALTOR®, a real estate agent licensed in Washington State with eXp Realty. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit this site or reach out through it, how that information is used, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website — not to other sites it may link to.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, you choose what to share. Depending on your answers, that can include:

  • What you need help with — buying, selling, both, or just exploring;
  • Areas of interest, budget range, and timeline (if you're buying);
  • Property address, timeline, and reason for selling (if you're selling);
  • Your name;
  • Your preferred contact method and the phone number or email that goes with it;
  • An optional message.

You can also reach me directly by phone or email, in which case I'll have whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. This typically involves cookies and similar identifiers and may collect the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you. It also records when a contact-form submission happens so I can see how many inquiries the site generates — but not the contents of what you submitted. This analytics data helps me understand site usage in aggregate; it isn't used to personally identify you.

How information is used

I use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry. If you've asked to be contacted, I (and eXp Realty as my supervising brokerage) may follow up by phone or email about buying or selling real estate. The automatically collected analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Sharing and third parties

I don't sell your information. It may be handled by a few service providers that make this site work:

  • Google — provides the analytics described above. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions on its way to me.
  • eXp Realty — my supervising brokerage in Washington State, which may have access to inquiry information in the normal course of a real estate transaction.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site's analytics use cookies and similar identifiers to recognize returning visits and measure usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling cookies won't stop you from using the site or the contact form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me to access or delete the personal information you've submitted through this site, and you can decline to provide information (though that may limit my ability to help). Washington residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state law. To make a request, use the contact details below.

Data retention and security

I keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and serve you as a client, or as otherwise required for business or legal reasons. I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
